Sponsorships will be accepted in accordance with the prevailing EU Directive, Italian Legislation and the Italian Code of Deontology for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
The following opportunities are designed to offer companies on a variety of budgets an opportunity to deliver their message effectively. We are offering you the opportunity to be the exclusive sponsor of a welcome dinner that will be set up on Wednesday 09, from 20,30 noon to 22,30 pm

We are offering you the opportunity to be the exclusive sponsor of a lunch buffet that will be set up on Thursday 10, from 13,30 noon to 15,00 pm
Close to the restaurant will be placed signs with written “lunch in cooperation with...”, the company logo and the invitation to visit the booth with its number; on buffet tables will be finally positioned chevaliers with company logo.

3. Aperitif buffet - € 5.000,00

We are offering you the opportunity to be the exclusive sponsor of an aperitif buffet that will be set up on Thursday 10, from 20,00 noon to 20,30 pm

4. Lunch buffet - € 6.000,00

We are offering you the opportunity to be the exclusive sponsor of a lunch buffet that will be set up on Friday 11, from 13,30 noon to 15,00 pm
Close to the restaurant will be placed signs with written “lunch in cooperation with...”, the company logo and the invitation to visit the booth with its number; on buffet tables will be finally positioned chevaliers with company logo.
The cost for a single lunch is: € 6000,00

5. Social dinner - € 10000,00

We are offering you the opportunity to be the exclusive sponsor of the social dinner that will be set up on Friday 11, from 20,30 noon to 23,00 pm.
Close to the restaurant will be placed signs with written “social dinner in cooperation with...” and with the company logo.
The company logo will be written at the top of the menu and distributed on all tables.

6. Break area - € 12000,00
excluding all applicable taxes
A break area will be set up for the duration of the event where guest can comfortably relax or have short conversations.
We are offering you the opportunity to be the exclusive sponsor of the break area for the duration of the event and to take advantage of the extraordinary chance to have continuous and privileged with the participants by easily creating interest in your brand.

7. Break area – from € 700,00 to € 3000,00
excluding all applicable taxes
A break area will be set up for the duration of the event where guest can comfortably relax or have short conversations.
As an alternative to the form of sponsorship no. 6, the break area, furnished with armchairs and tables, and capable of accommodating about 15 people, will be used as a form of shared sponsorship by multiple sponsors. In fact, it will be an exceptional opportunity to insert in an elegant, unobtrusive way, the brands of sponsor, brochures, some small banners, etc.., while videos and promotional spots will be broadcast from a 50” monitor set up.

Note: The break area sponsorship, referred to in points 6 and 7 above, was conceived as a form of exclusive sponsorship for a single company, and as such will be considered proposed until July 15, 2022; if, after that date, no company has requested it, the break area will be organized as a form of sponsorship shared between different companies.
It is specified that the break area is aimed not only at a moment of relaxation in the company of friends and colleagues, but also at an opportunity for new contacts, meetings and acquaintances; in no case can it be used by the sponsor company (s) for educational purposes (such as presentations, demonstrations, or product displays).
B - Educational Opportunities
1. Inclusion in the program of a Company Symposium (no ecm) - € 10.000,00

A company symposium (maximum 60 minutes, no ECM) can be included in the official program of the event for companies that request it.
The deadline for choosing this form of sponsorship is June 30, 2022.
The costs related to the participation of speakers and moderators of the symposium are borne by the sponsoring company.
2. Training room for 60 minutes - € 8.000,00

For the opportunity to engage directly with a more interested part of the audience, you may consider booking a training room. So you can show your innovations only to the professionals with whom you want to create a feeling.
